The legally constituted Executive Members and General body Committee manages OAZOANE and its various affaires and registered under society registration Act of Tamilnadu. Executive committee compresses of President, Secretary, Treasurer, and four Executive Members and General body committee comprises of 11 members.

Staff Selection and retaining process of OAZOANE

OAZOANE is giving top priority and concentration in the process staff selection, training, placement, and capacity building for strengthening organizational capacity. Most of the staffs have been selected rural areas that were actively participated in the Self Help Groups movement. In order to retain and motivate the quality staffs, various motivational procedure such as incentive, top salary, TA/DA, vehicle allowance, insurance, cell phone to the field staffs are provided which are worth to mention. Performance based incentives are also introduced for the staffs members.
