Capacity Building Training
Various capacity building and training programs are under progress for the office staffs and federation core staffs to keep them updated various development activities and organizational understanding. The training programs such as Project Coordinators Training, Field Staff Training, Federation Members, SHG organizers and social Motivators, Training on Monitoring and Evaluation, Training for Micro finance facilitators, Organization's E.C Members Training, Software Accounting Training, Training for technical Assistance are worth to mention. There are more than 750 people are improving their skill out of these capacity building programs.
