With the financial assistance of CAPART – Hyderabad , a series of comprehensive training cum campaign interventions are in progress in the project areas. There are 19 training programs, 14 Schools program covering 140 schools, and 48 campaign activities conducted in the project areas. Panchayat Presidents and members, local youths, government officials, school teachers, SHG federation members are fully trained and generated awareness on the various issues related to water protection, water and health, water resource management, water and sanitation, desalting of village ponds, need for fencing the water resources and implementation of the central schemes by the Panchayats are the integrated components of the of the program. There are 48 watch agencies and 48 Vikas Sarathy Groups are constituted and follow up activities are taken up.
