These members have been generating sustainable income through starting their own micro enterprise and they are living as role model for others in the society.  Moreover, OAZOANE has been organizing various skill development training, vocational training program and skill up gradation Training programs for the women members.  There are more than 4500 women are trained under 45 different activities.
