Environment Awareness Campaign

OAZOANE has been initiating and organizing number of awareness camps on various issues related to the Environmental protection in rural areas. Self Help Groups Women, Local Youths, Children are actively participating in the camps and receiving lot of information related to environments. During the camps exhibitions, orientations, and debate are being arranged with active participation of the local schools. More 7000 SHGs Women, 5000 local youths, 5000 general public were actively participating and made this program success.

Watershed Development Project

OAZOANE has been initiated Watershed development Programme in collaboration with the District Rural Development Agency in order to protect water resources and usages in the project areas. The intensive awareness, and sensitization on water management were extensively integrated in the project areas.

Natural forming Technology

In order to popularization of science and technology at the grassroots level, OAZOANE has extended number of efforts at the village level. In order to achieve this objective, various training on vermin composting, waste management, awareness generation on reducing the chemical fertilizer among the small and marginal formers to yield more agricultural products. As part of this activities, land and water management technique are also integrated at the project areas.
