Short Stay Home for Girls and Women

The problems of deprived women and children are not quite new to our project areas and to our country. To over come millions of the problems associated with the women and children in the project areas, OAZOANE is running a Short Stay Home and extending all type of support for 30 deprived and underprivileged women selected from the project areas. These 30 women and 5 children are provided with free food, accommodation, medical facilities and recreational facilities. The various skill trainings such as tailoring, basket making, woolen thread production, computer sampurani, candle making are also integrated for these women for generating sustainable income. The women problems and its root cause are discussed here. The affected women are provided with legal awareness and counseling for building self-confidence among them in all issues pertaining to their environments .
